The initiative to spread and promote the culture of human rights in UAE society through a lens
ABOUT
Human beings are pillars of development and the most expensive wealth in the United Arab Emirates. The "Mansoor Bin Mohammed Short Film Award" is targeting university students in the UAE in order to increase their awareness in human rights values. We aim to do so by spreading awareness regarding children's rights in hopes of creating a generation that is well aware of its rights and knows its duties towards building a modern society.
The idea of the Mansoor Bin Mohammed Short Film Award has been launched among the youth as an initiative from CDA’s Human Rights Sector in order to encourage creativity and innovation among them, by merging creative media skills and human rights values.
